Abstract

Magnetic and structural transitions at low temperatures are exhibited by the novel open-framework cobalt(n) phosphate of the composition [enH 2 ][Co 3.5 (PO 4 ) 3 ] (en=ethy) lenediamine), the structure of which contains 12-membered channels. In the presence of a magnetic field, the compound undergoes a. transition between two ferrimagnetic states.
