Dr. William L. Gillis III, is associate teaching professor of civil, architectural and environmental engineering. Dr. Gillis has developed a method to ensure that project requirements are met during new-building construction. He also studies indoor environmental quality and indoor air quality. He was a managing engineer in planning, design and construction at the University of Missouri-Columbia. He holds a Ph.D. in engineering management from Missouri S&T.
