Dr. Ardhendu S. Tripathy is an Assistant Professor in the department of Computer Science at Missouri University of Science and Technology. Prior to joining Missouri S&T, he was a postdoc with Robert Nowak at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He received his Ph.D. from Iowa State University working with Aditya Ramamoorthy and Bachelor of Technology in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur.

Dr. Tripathy's research interests include the areas of Machine Learning, Information Theory, Signal Processing Information Theory and Communication Systems. More specifically, he has worked on characterizing the function computation capacity of directed acyclic networks.
